# Your Willow News Feed

## What is your feed made up of?

The feed in your **News** is where all of your personalized content lives. Starting out at the top of your feed is a **Recommended for you** section.

Recommended content is shown based off of the content you have previously posted, bookmarked, liked or disliked. The more you post and save content, the better your recommended content will be.

If you keep scrolling through your feed, you’ll find content from your followed **Topics** and then followed **Sources.**
