Tagging people and businesses via Willow
How to start tagging
The best way to start tagging people and businesses is to first write your full caption and then split your caption between the different channels. Once your captions are split, you can start tagging the appropriate person/business per social media channel.
Each platform however, has specific requirements, here's an overview.
To tag a company on LinkedIn, you'll need the last part of their LinkedIn company page url. For example, www.willow.co/company/willowdotco. So, you'll type @willowdotco in your caption.
To tag a personal profile, you need the person to be connected to your Willow account. LinkedIn will not allow us (or other scheduling tools) to tag people otherwise. If your colleague's profile is connected, you can type @ and type a few letters, then select "tag connected profile".
To tag someone on Instagram, just type @username.
To tag a company on Facebook, write @ and type the name of the company. The company profile should appear in a list. Facebook does not allow you to tag people via Willow.
